Standard Terms and Conditions for E-Commerce

Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between AIOBIO Co., Ltd. (the “Mall”) and users regarding services provided through www.blissxp.com.
Article 2 (Definitions)
1. “Mall” refers to AIOBIO’s virtual business platform enabling transactions of goods/services via information and communication devices.
2. “User” means both members and non-members who access the Mall and use its services.
3. “Member” refers to an individual who registers on the Mall and uses services continuously.
4. “Non-member” refers to an individual who uses services without registration.
Article 3 (Specification and Amendment of Terms)
1. The Mall displays its terms, business name, representative, address, contact info, business registration number, and privacy officer on the website’s homepage.
2. Before agreeing to the terms, users are clearly informed about key policies such as withdrawal, delivery, and refunds.
3. The Mall may revise the terms in compliance with applicable laws.
4. Amendments are posted with effective date and reasons at least 7 days in advance (30 days for disadvantageous changes).
5. Revised terms apply prospectively unless agreed otherwise by existing users.
6. Matters not specified herein follow relevant laws and business customs.
Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)
1. The Mall provides information on goods, contract execution, delivery, and other services it deems necessary.
2. Specifications of goods may change and users are notified accordingly.
3. The Mall informs users immediately if agreed services change.
4. Damages from such changes are compensated unless due to force majeure.
Article 5 (Service Interruption)
1. The Mall may temporarily suspend services due to maintenance or technical issues.
2. Compensation is provided unless the Mall proves no fault.
3. If services permanently end, users are notified and compensated per agreed terms or equivalent value.
Article 6 (Membership Registration)
1. Users apply for membership by filling out a form and agreeing to the terms.
2. Registration may be denied for prior disqualification, false information, or technical interference.
3. Membership begins when acceptance reaches the user.
4. Members must update any changes to their information promptly.
Article 7 (Membership Termination & Disqualification)
1. Members may withdraw anytime and the Mall will process it immediately.
2. The Mall may suspend membership for payment failure, ID misuse, or illegal activity.
3. Repeated violations may result in disqualification.
4. Members will be notified and given an opportunity to explain before termination.
Article 8 (Notices to Members)
1. Notices are sent to the registered email address.
2. General notices may be posted on the Mall for at least 7 days. Individual matters are notified directly.
Article 9 (Purchase Request & Consent for Personal Data)
Users request purchases through a multi-step process and must consent to terms and personal data handling.
The Mall obtains consent when sharing or outsourcing personal data unless legally exempt.
Article 10 (Contract Formation)
1. The Mall may deny requests with false info or legal restrictions.
2. Contracts are formed upon user receipt of acceptance notice.
3. Acceptance includes confirmation, availability, and changes.
Article 11 (Payment Methods)
Users may pay via wire transfer, cards, e-wallet, on-site payment, mileage, gift cards, etc. No extra fee shall be charged for specific methods.
Article 12 (Receipt Notice, Order Modification & Cancellation)
1. Upon order, the Mall sends a receipt confirmation.
2. Users may modify or cancel orders before shipment.
Article 13 (Supply of Goods)
1. The Mall ships within 7 days unless otherwise agreed, or 3 days after payment.
2. Users are informed of shipping methods and delays are compensated unless due to force majeure.
Article 14 (Refund)
Unfulfilled orders due to shortage or technical reasons are refunded within 3 business days.
Article 15 (Withdrawal of Offer)
1. Users may withdraw within 7 days of receiving goods, unless otherwise restricted by law.
2. Returns not allowed for damaged, used, or time-sensitive goods unless defects exist.
3. Users may withdraw if products differ from descriptions or contracts within 3 months or 30 days of discovery.
Article 16 (Effects of Withdrawal)
1. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of return.
2. Card or e-wallet payments are canceled accordingly.
3. Users bear return costs unless the Mall is at fault.
Article 17 (Privacy)
The Mall collects minimal personal data, notifies users of purpose and third-party usage, protects all collected data, and grants users access and correction rights. Unused data is deleted without delay.
Article 18 (Mall’s Obligations)
The Mall complies with laws, provides goods reliably, protects user data, avoids false advertising, and refrains from sending unsolicited messages.
Article 19 (Member ID & Password)
Members are responsible for their credentials and must notify the Mall of any breach.
Article 20 (User Obligations)
Users shall not submit false info, misuse content, violate IP rights, defame others, or upload obscene/illegal material.
Article 21 (Linked Sites)
The Mall is not responsible for transactions on externally linked websites unless explicitly stated.
Article 22 (Copyrights)
Content created by the Mall is owned by the Mall. Users must not exploit it for profit without prior consent.
Article 23 (Dispute Resolution)
1. The Mall operates a customer service center to handle complaints.
2. Unresolved matters may be submitted to a dispute resolution agency designated by the government.
Article 24 (Jurisdiction & Governing Law)
1. Disputes are governed by the user’s address at the time of filing, or Korean courts and laws in other cases.
2. Korean law applies to all disputes between the Mall and users.
